MY WEARY HEART

I wrote this song at the piano with the drum machine of an old keyboard for a backing track. Nick took the lead vocals when we were working on the dual harmony in rehearsals and kept it, which I was ok with, which surprised me as the lyrics were very raw and personal to me. Barney added the drums after. There is a mix of this without Barney which may surface on the website sometime I hope. The double cello at the end is Rebekah at her best, sometimes she just blows me away.
